Local tech suggestions? Near Chicago

I am looking for a recommendation on a local tech to change bulbs, clean pots and whatever else may be needed in a near pristine C37 preamp. I have tried contacting Stereo Rehab (no reply as yet) and also called sounds classic in Rockford. Any other suggestions? I am wary of doing this myself. Thank you!

Good ole Kaspar Yardley at Stereo Rehab is almost impossible to reach by phone or email.

But if you walk in personally, have the unit in box, chat with him, he'll do what you want.

His website lists his days and times for drop-off.
He's a good guy and a master tech.
 
Cleaning Pots and a dog bath is not beyond a shade-tree hack, but I gather most the Lamps on these units are soldered.
