Looking for a Sanken S-40W

Hi, I'm restoring a JA-S11 JVC amp.

One of two power ICs Sanken S-40W is burnt, and so far I did not find any replacement.

Even the ECG1354/NTE1354 equivalents are hard to find

Where can I get a working one, even used?

Thanx ryuuoh, following your suggestion I've found it by LittleDiode, but it's very expensive (£32.99, more or less 52 US$), completely disproportionate to my JVC value.

I think I will arrange an STK0040, a lot cheaper and easy to find, even if pins have a different layout
