Looking for AR XA tonearm screws

Hi, new forum member here. I hope this post is following the rules. I'm wondering whether anybody knows where I can buy genuine AR XA tonearm screws. I've seen posts that suggest I can find replacements at a hardware store, so I'll try that, but I'd love to get some of the originals. Thanks regardless -- and cheers

You will be able to get genuine AR tonearm screws from a donor AR turntable. The screws are very small, so non-genuine replacements shouldn't be noticed. When restoring this vintage turntables you sometimes need to use what you can get that does the job right, because often replacement parts haven't been available for many decades.
If you do an internet search you should be able to find a couple of sites that detail restoration and modifications that can take these turntables to the next level- well worth a read.
