Looking for help with a Carver C4000 Preamp Autocorrelator

Hi, I have a Carver C4000 that I just picked up, and apparently it is missing the RCA outputs for the tape monitor 2 and external processor. If I don't have those options, it's not the end of the world, but when I opened the unit, I saw two wires that appear to have been severed or maybe came loose from a board? The two thin wires are from a front panel board and are red/ white, and white. In the first interior photo, you can see that they just sit beneath one of the boards and end dangling there. The other pictures show where they commence. I looked in the service manual, but honestly, schematics are a foreign language to me. I'm wondering if anyone who has experience with this unit can tell me what they are and where they connect to? Does it have anything to do with the missing output jacks? I have uploaded some photos of the wires. Thanks in advance for your help.Screen Shot 2022-05-07 at 5.18.27 PM.png Screen Shot 2022-05-07 at 5.18.19 PM.png Screen Shot 2022-05-07 at 5.18.04 PM.png Screen Shot 2022-05-07 at 5.17.51 PM.png
