looking for info on stands for Polk Monitor 10s

I have a near-mint pair of Polk Monitor 10 speakers (rosewood color) and would like to either buy or to make a pair of stands for them as I just have them on the floor for now and would like to raise them off of the floor.

Does anyone have a pair of stands for Polk Monitor 10s?
Can anyone share a template with information and dimensions on how I can build a pair of stands for them?

Thanks. I see pics of the stands but not the specs on how to make them.
I just would like to confirm size, etc. There are also a few variations on the stands but any will work fine for me. They do seem fairly easy to make.
