I wish that I had that one in my back pocket! So far all my responses have been from AK'ers farther away. GordonW from Marietta GA has been very helpful and his posts are top notch and on the spot.

The days where there were multiple techs stationed across the country who had access to parts, the skills and knowledge of specific brands are long gone, I'm afraid. If you do the math, you'll realize these guys are all well past retirement age now if they're even still interested in doing the work.
Today, we're faced with shipping our precious, old gear to people who have developed the skills, learned from those who came before or have access to the tooling needed to do the job right. They're most likely not local to you. If so, consider yourself lucky.
A good example is Bill H. at Great Plains Audio. Here's one of the original guys who worked on Altec speakers and took the opportunity to purchase the original tooling when the Altec brands were sold off. We're fortunate, then, to have a guy who can still recone, repair, remagnetize and, when needed, supply new Altec drivers to spec. Still we all grow older and, at some point, Bill will need to find others to pass the knowledge and tooling on to - we hope.
I'd suggest, JerryD, that you ask a slightly different question: Who has the knowledge, skills and access to parts for old Jensen drivers?
I wish I could give you an answer as I know a couple of other guys with nice old Jensen tri-axials that need the cones replaces due to dry rot.
