Looking for recone kit for JBL JF125H

I think the 4344M was a Japanese only version mini version of the 4344 and had quite different components than the US version. That might make that kit pretty hard to come by (or it might be common as dirt in some of the newer offering, the model doesn't ring any bells).
At any rate, you'll have to find one on eBay or find a recone shop going out of business or something, JBL doesn't sell recone kits directly to the public. You might find a JBL shop that can install one, the only hits I get are your inquiries and Japanese sites.

Thank you for your posts. First of all JF125H is 16cm instead of 16mm. My mistake.
I think you are right. "J" of JF125H is for Japan, I guess.
Do you know if JBL has ever made any 16cm (about 6.3inch) drivers other than JF125H? If so,I might be able to find alternative recone kit that meets the size spec of JF125H.

It's hard to say. If it was a common driver where somebody might know the gap width and depth and stuff like that, you might be able to cross reference something to fit. But then there's the problem of getting the other kits to even measure
You might try calling JBL Pro and throwing yourself at their mercy, at least see if they can tell you if a kit exists and then get a recone shop to order and install it.
