Looking for tech in Chicago for Revox G36

I just bought a Revox G36 that develops a loud Hum after being used for about 20 minutes. It is quite loud which is a shame because the first 20 minutes sound amazing. It only happens in one of the channels. Does anyone know of someone in Chicago that could work on this? Bob

I have dealt directly with soundsclassic actually. I just went there yesterday. I am very very pleased with their service. Nice honest folks.

I have not dealt with soundclassic directly as of yet. but I have a couple friends who have taken things there, with very positive results. and I have heard positive things about them on the forums as well.

the guys I know who did deal with them said that their prices were fair. All tech work is expensive. Thats why its very important for me to research the work they do, as well as their integrity. Lots of A--holes, and people just out to make a buck out there.. IE: Deltronics/woodridge.
