Looking for value input on Fisher Statesman 202t preamp/tuner

I have a chance to pick up a nice, clean Fisher Statesman 202t preamp/tuner unit. It is a console pull and has no case or feet. It does not have the stereo multiplex unit, and is missing an ECC81 tube. It does come with a multiplex unit out of a 500c parts unit that may or may not work. Majority of the tubes seem to be original fisher, with maybe 3-4 RCA/ Slyvannias. It has not been powered up in decades and so there is no way to test it without a proper rebuild. What do you think I should offer? The seller has no idea what it might be worth and neither do I. They don't seem to come up very often at auction.

Picture below is not the actual unit, but looks exactly like it and is in identical condition.
