Looking for woofers for A/D/S L990 woofer 10"

Looking for two original woofers for a set of ADS L990 towers both the woofers in it are shot, and thebfoak rings are done from what I understand the original woofers had rubber, so I presume they've been replaced.

I received the towers as a gift from a buddy for helping him setup some new towers and showing him how to biamp his setup he was so pleased with the improvements he gave me his old towers.

Anyways I can't find these woofers anywhere :( found the 910 10" but not the 990's.

The original L990 woofer is the 206-0364. It is most definitely not one of ADS best efforts. I would have zero issue with finding a nominal 4-ohm woofer (~3.6-ohm DCR) w/ low Qts (under .24) from any other manufacturer and calling it a day. If it fits, install it. The upgrade for the L990 woofer was installing the ADS S10 car subwoofer, 206-0369 but there is little chance of finding those now. Thanks to my jabbering any that free up likely get snagged for use in the L880. However, the fact that the 206-0369 worked in the L990 w/ larger voice-coil and way different specs than the 206-0364 shows that there is high tolerance for a non-optimized woofer in those cabinets.
 
Hmm seems you know these towers well. How much power do they want? Was thinking of putting a tube amp on em but don't wanna spend a mint I have a preamp just need an amp I believe I mean I could go nuts get a backup battery power scrubbers tube preamps and the whole ball of wax but I think justban amp for now. This will be my girls main vinyl listening stage SL I want it to be good and I wanna be able to enjoy if as well.

More power is generally better but they have decent sensitivity. Before I got rid of them I had them on everything from an Adcom 555 to Dynaco ST70.

The Adcom had no real limit while the Dynaco did but was still usable even at ~35W a side. I'd be inclined to look for a decent SS integrated and call it a day.

Adcom, my buddy had something like that in his mancave i dug it, he pumped some seriouse towers he had with that. that was some serious ****. I was thinking more like maybe a tube amp. ive been researching, from what ive gathered ive found one brand i feel is pretty top notch feeling but a bit pricey idk if anybody around the forum have anything used i could pick up :\ i'll have to look. id much rather do that.

was looking at this dared, only 25 watts though but you said you put what 35 into em and they did alright just couldn't reach?
