According to the seller they were the first pair of Renaissance 90s ever made, and were custom made for John Ulrich, one of the founders of infinity, with a book matched oak finish. Fairy interesting speakers, and for a good price as well. (No affiliation)

I saw those a couple days ago.
Wish there had been a picture of the serial numbers as they are "claimed" to be the first pair produced.

I've been looking for a pair of the 90's. Even without all those special things that he's describing, they still go for $1100+.
