My Klipsch KG4 woofers seem to be fluttering or vibrating without too much of a signal to the . I have them paired with Hereseys(channel B)which are not, anyone that knows what could be wrong would make me a happy camper,thanks.15844618199053296152846305514930.jpg

Have you tried using the subsonic filter?
Switch is on the front of the amp.
From the pic looks like it's off.

Same problem regardless of source?
Or is it just when using the turntable?

Looks like you need a new Turntable. But first you might want to obtain an isolation platform for your turntable. The better ones come tuned to isolate different frequency ranges. So you may have to experiment. You could also have the wrong cartridge for the mass of the tone arm. The list of the issues could go on and on.

Hmmmmm,it seems like just the turntable. I had The Needle Doctor in minneapolis put in a new Ortofon 2M Blue last year but this just started happening a couple months ago.If this was the tt wouldn't speakers on B be doing the same thing? Also I tried the sub filter.

Iron core inductors in crossover can saturate and cause the woofers to flutter.
One more thing to consider.

Check the feet of the turntable for anything that's mechanically grounding out, or any other way that vibration could be making its way into the turntable.

Regards,
Gordon.

All you people are so knowledgable as it can be many things so i checked everything you all told me and then just for the heck of it switched the speaker wires on the amp so the Hereseys and KG4s are opposite and,WOW,it seems normal, the Hereseys are not fluttering on A and the KG4s are not on B,i dont know if its wiring, electricity or what but it seems to have fixed whatever was wrong, for now,........i think it's just "magic",lol.
