I sold a Pioneer cd player to Mike. It arrived unworking, despite having left my posession in good working order. Communication was good and we worked toward a resolution.
Long story, short: Mike contacted someone with some experience with this model. He diagnosed it as a laser that fell out in shipping and walked Mike through the repair process. Mike did the work himself, at no cost to me. The player now works like a charm and we were both rewarded by his diligence and patience.
I could not recommend him more highly.
