Lurker steppin' out

Hello all!

I've been a lurker here for several years, and I've always found it a great place to do research without the attitude. I'm a long-time Polk Audio forum member, and I'm looking for a new place to "hang out" since that forum has recently fallen apart. AK is the obvious best choice.

In the neighborhood in which I was raised, steppin' out meant something a little bit different. But glad to see you've identified yerself, former lurker, signed on and joined the forum as a member. Welcome, stay, enjoy. We quarrel a lot here, but it's the fun kind, y'know? :D

:D Well, I haven't been hiding in there were the clothes hang, if that's what you're getting at!

Actually, after reading this forum over the years I would say that the quarreling is below average, especially considering the audiophile population. That's compared to the other forums I've been a part of anyway...
