Luxman KM-Q7 power supply

I am rebuilding a KM-Q7 and just realized that the first ,the big one, resistor may be burnt. The code reads tiel, brown, grey or blue, yellow. It measures 633 ohms which has nothing to do with the color code.It bridges a dual section 100mfd cap.,coupled to the second cap., which is a dual 50mfd with a 5K resistor which is coupled to a 15K that bridges the 2nd cap.. The supply voltage is 340 volts. I am trying to figure out what the burnt resistor value is.

Welcome to AK.
Just for clarity post a close-up pic. and the caps uf (mfd) and rated voltage.

IMG_1922 (2).JPGIMG_1922 (2).JPGThe top cap is a dual section 100mfd at 450, the second cap is a dual section 50mfd at 450V. I am trying to figured out what the top ( "Blue") resistor's true value should be. Any help would be great! It is the last mystery in this rebuild.
