Luxman L510 complete restore

Hi all, I've just finished a really long and complex restore on a Luxman L510, I've bought it used and for repair, unfortunately too many tentatives to repair it before my turn, PCBs where damaged with some repaired connections and too many unsoldering and soldering, some transistors where replaced with others with different characteristics. I decided to start from scratch, recreated the schema and PCBs on KiCad I've sent them in Cina for printing, in the meantime I've found all replacement transistors and components, the original components are only the capacitors, except electrolytic ones, and input stage J-FET, all the other components are brand new. Sound of this amplifier is amazing and it justifies the hard job I've done.

Thank you for posting this. It's wonderful to see your careful, skilled work. It must have been a huge sense of accomplishment - and relief - when you finally put the cover back on!
 
Those boards look a lot better than the stock brown ones in my R-1120.
I am sure that the sound is amazing.

Great work! Can you please post all the replacements for the transistors? I am going to work on L-530 I think they are pretty similar.

@zluca71 great job! do you plan to opensource the PCB design maybe? My faithful L510 crapped out on the New Year's Eve and the boards are unfortunately in a pretty terrible state. Already your Kicad schematic would be super super helpful. Thanks!
 
The new boards look great, I have the L-530, same design just more power.
Very quiet and sweet sounding amp.

There are 8 Fujisu MT-200's missing in this picture. Are you just testing with those outputs? Heatsink temp should be 120~130 f at idle,
there is no way those 4 outputs are going to survive.
Note: It is normal for the bias to continue rising after you set it to 150ma @1min after power up on a cold amp, my L-530 go's over 300ma.
