Luxman L510 power transistors

Hi all,
I'm trying to repair a Luxman L510, I've found that two of the four power transistors for one channel are damaged (short between B and C), it uses the 2SA1075 and 2SC2525 complementary pair, can someone suggest a recommended complementary pair, even in a different package? I can find only some Sanken MT-200 replacements from china but Sanken does not produce MT-200 transistors from some years, I think they are fake chines and I cannot find other good MT-200 package replacements.

Hi Sanjib, please note, the L-510's bias adjustment is done on a *cold* amp.

Start the amp and a stopwatch at the same time.
You want to adjust for 150ma @1min while the bias is *still climbing*
The bias will continue to climb and can go above 300+ma before stabilizing. This is normal (Do not try to adjust back to 150ma).
The heatsinks should be 120 ~ 130 °F you should be able to fry an egg on it. (first 10 watts class 'A')
The above picture shows red and black wires temporarily soldered to the bias test point after removing the jumper.

I am having an L-530 soon in somewhat ok condition but I want to go through it before using it!
Is the info regarding bias you wrote in the previous post also applicable to L-530?

Yes, the above picture is my L-530.
 
@sanjib It's been 3 years, I don't remember what make they are but I used 33,000µF 100 volts 2x4" There is not much wiggle room so you can't exceed 2x4".
