Luxman LV-105 Pots No Longer Available

Hi All,

I have a Luxman LV-105 that I'd like to repair if possible. The bass adjustment pops loudly in a couple spots at the middle, and the treble adjustment pops at a spot near the high end. When I set the volume adjustment at a low setting, loud enough to enjoy without waking the family, the left channel cuts out intermittently. I cleaned the pots with contact cleaner, and they cleaned up somewhat, but still have these issues.

Treble pot is an Alpine 18T67395F01 ("K122G 20KBB ohm"), and it's not in stock, but available to order from pacparts.com. Bass pot is an Alpine 18T67394F01 ("K122G 10KBB ohm"), volume pot is a 100K ohm Alpine 18T67393F01, and according to pacparts, they're both discontinued and no longer available.

What are my options in terms of replacing these? Is there a way to tell if they've been superseded? And what do K122G and 10KBB signify?

If you order the pacparts item you say is available you will most probably learn it is NLA also.

10K means 10,000 Ohm pot with a B taper
I don't know the first part maybe Manufacturer model. Following B on the spec, don't know either, maybe mounting style.
Parts units are sources.

These pop as you use them?
 
The bass and treble adjustments pop. No popping when the tone circuit is deselected. No popping from the volume, only dropout in one channel.
 
The reading I have done on ak leads me to believe you may have bad caps in the tone circuit that might be letting some DC through the system. I'm lost past that. Maybe someone can add to that.

Find the service manual as poor as the lux manuals are and maybe folks can make some suggestions.

Those are just glued in caps. Maybe tired but can't tell if they are passing DC by looking.
 
Cap C1320 has a dark ring around the board, when the one next to it does not. Looks to me like this cap has leaked. In any case, it's looking like replacement pots can't be sourced, so my concern is I'll still be left with issues with the pots even if I replaced the caps above.

I went back over on the pots with contact cleaner a couple more times, focusing on the problem spots, and I was able to work out the pops. Hopefully this also resolves the intermittent drops at low volume.

The treble adjustment now feels really scratchy when turning. I'm looking at ordering some faderlube spray. Any reason to order the 5% (F5) instead of the 100% (F100)?
 
Finding a good REPAIR person: I bought a used LV-105 Luxman 'brid' integrated amp. It starts clipping at fairly low volumes and then the right channel cuts out. How do I find a repair person who can analyze and do the needed repairs? I am in central PA near Penn State.

Here's what worked for me - you can Google: "electronics repair State College". It will get you started. I called one that came up in my search (Florida). They did not repair stereos anymore, but gave me a name and it worked out. Not being a wise guy. It's just that, these days, it takes some detective-izing.
