After taking a chance and acquiring a pretty crispy boarded M-02 Luxman amp some time back, and then getting a re capped C-02 preamp, I was rolling the dice hoping the Amp was not too far gone to make it worth repairing. In steps fellow AKer Ray Gianelli who was able to bring it back after giving it some tough love. Many thanks to Ray for the expert help, it certainly sounds amazing. This is a super nice system, I'm sure some other members must have experience with these. I'm going to try out the phono section and see how that performs, so far everything else has been very impressive, and it's a good looking set of equipment. It's no slouch at 140 WPC either.

How I LOVE Luxman!!!! Even when Crispy. Any chance of some inside Pics? The C-02 is a neutral sounding Pre-Amp (a touch dry) and would benefit of some nice Films..My Recap of C02 & M02. Enjoy this duo as it's a keeper.

These are the before shots on the amp, the C-02 preamp was recapped before I purchased it so I don't have any pictures as of yet. Sound is very smooth and a touch dry, but I seem to like it so far.

Picked up an M-02 last month myself. Using a C-03 pre amp. Very nice sound.
Open and full sound stage.

@CohibaJoe: I am going to do a recap of my C-03 and you have already done a recap of C-02 and I guess they are pretty similar in design. How much difficult to access the back of PCBs? Is there any trick or just if I take out the bottom cover I can get access to the solder side?
Thanks!
