Luxman M-02 ohms question

Just a quick question:
Can I hook up 4 ohm speakers to a Luxman M-02 amp? The manual says it will be putting out 290 watts of dynamic power per channel with 4 ohm speakers. Am I going to blow this beast up by hooking up a pair of Bang & Olufsen 3700 speakers? I just bought this amp yesterday with its C-02 pre-amp brother. I will warm it up with 8 ohm speakers first. Thanks for your help!

If there's a mention of 4 ohm loads in the manual (that *doesn't* say: avoid 4 ohm speakers) - then it's fine. Plug in and enjoy.

I run 4ohm Maggie's with my M-02 without any issues.

You may want to avoid some of the larger Infinity speakers as they can drop down to 1 or 2 ohms during operation even though they are rated at 4 ohms.
