Luxman PX-100 cartridge?

Hello Analog fans...

The luxman works some what, still in the testing stage.
I replaced the cart with a Shure N91ED, playing it now.

Also, the motor start-up time it takes longer to reach Quartz Lock, as it gets warmer or the longer you play it?
