My 3rd TT and it's yet another quality DD fully-auto Japanese deck. Want manuel? Slide the switch on the underside in front. Ortofon 2M RED seems to be very happy on it. Simple, clean lines. Solid platter. Solid build. Mine was $90 from CL. Enjoy it. I do mine. Looks like yours doesn't have the original headshell.

Mine was in bad shape when I got it. Yours looks great! I have the original headshell with a different cart in it. How is the torque on yours? I recapped mine and rebuilt everything that could break. Need to fix the dent in the front on the Plinth.

Enjoy,

Torque/platter speed is just fine. All auto f(x)'s work seamlessly. Nice that's there's no power switch to forget about: It's on when you use it, auto off when it's idle. Smart design and an excellent price/performance first deck for anyone new to vinyl me thinks. Like i mentioned, it becomes a manuel deck with a flick of a hidden switch too. Highly recommended if you come across one in minty shape! No wood laminate plinth, but still quite a "Looker."
