luxman rx-102, enough power to handle ar90's?

I recently acquired a luxman rx-102(suckface). It is only rated at 60 wpc, ive hooked it up to some m&k 4 ohm bookshelves and it drives them quite easily. The ar90's are rated at 4ohms also but are a much larger tower speaker each containing 2-10 inch woofers and have managed to destroy a couple smaller recievers I should have never even tried to match them with.
This is my first luxman receiver and I really like the sound, anybody else have one of these RX'S driving some power hungry speakers? I've read a couple reviews and most people consider them underrated as far as power is concerned.

Not recommended!!! AR 90 very inefficient, can be below a 4 ohm load with frequency. A separate power amp/preamplifier application.
