M-80 issues again

Toasted another TR111. New one in and I'm reading 7.5v on B and a 200mv reading on E when checked from the pin to chassis ground.
 
Now what does the rest of the circuit act like when # 3 is plugged in ?
 
I just got back to this. Too many life's in the way things lately. Anyway, I measured TR111 because it was staring at me.
E. 2.3v
C. 1.6v
B. 300mv
Something going on.

Voltages on every transistor I check in that channel are screwed up. I can post all of the measurements, or? I'm really stuck.
 
I'd check R121 for opens.
I'd also check the three 330k resistors for glue damage. Traces were rotted through on mine. They're all next to each other. R123, 231, can't see the 3rd ones part # on my crappy print.

The 3 are colored orange,orange,yellow,gold.

Thanks guys. I'll check those voltages and report back. The 3 330K's are new. I'll double check the others. Distracted the past week with having to repo and try to sell shop equipment. Super PITA to say the least.
