M&K Model SV-200 Speakers - $200 (Leander)

I know that there are some M&K fans here, I'm a recent convert too, so this might be of interest. Not sure how much work would be required to repair the amps. Good looking speakers though... ( https://austin.craigslist.org/ele/5732032197.html )

Pair of vintage Miller & Kreisel Sound Corporation's tower speakers with powered subwoofers. Original owner; have marketing and technical brochures from April 1986 purchase from Audio Concepts. Speaker grilles and wood in excellent condition. Great sounding speakers, but the amps are in need of capacitor replacement (which is tedious, but can be done by someone with time and technical expertise). Includes heavy gauge speaker cables and all receipts. Height is 41 inches. $200 for pair.

Not really that long ago, but I missed this thread originally and have been doing some digging into that seller. He used my pics to try and sell his speakers on CL and eBay and I'm just now finding out about it. With speakers this rare, that doesn't go unnoticed. He is an AK member too.

Gotcha - I just figured time for Mingo to move on

if they sold elsewhere, once a few months have passed, time to find something else!

But it would be nice if you posted pics of your speakers ...
I've got an old Volkswoofer I love to bit - always like learning more...

No head hanging here, I've moved on. I should have left this thread alone and perhaps responded to the other one that refers to the pirated photos - it could be far more interesting.
