I ordered a good quality print of the service manual years ago when I acquired the main component; no monitor speakers though. Got the service manual from A.G. Tannenbaum. Their site is still up, here is link to their Sansui manual library (mods: hopefully this doesn't break forum rules; I'm not affiliated, just a satisfied customer of many years):

No, it isn't free, but the quality of their copies has always been good and I've ordered many manuals from them in the past 20 years. Mine is a paper copy regrettably, if I had a pdf of it I'd offer to send it along. They have scanned some of the more popular manuals and can provide those as pdfs. Edit: just looked more closely, and they show the MA-7 is now available as a pdf, so can be emailed and printed out.
I'll second a desire to see more pictures of the speaker cabinet. I'd kind of like to reproduce one to go with my MA-7, even though I doubt I'd have much use for it. I'd especially like to see the inside to see if the mini drivers are just mounted bare behind the front panel, or if they have baffle tubes to improve the sound.
You can't really expect much out of what are probably barely 3" wide range drivers though, especially of that era. Have heard more recent 3.5" car speakers that are surpringly good, but there's a 30+ year difference in speaker technology there.

Yeah, no operating manual there unfortunately. A very old school website for sure, it is virtually unchanged for almost 20 years now and is a real throwback to pre year 2000 internet browsing. I like it.
I don't think I've ever seen the op manual on ebay either, but then there are very few MA-7 ever seen for sale and fewer still of the cue speakers. The pictures can be posted here in thread (file attachment tool is the disk icon above the text entry window) and can then specify files off your local machine to upload and attach.

Old School website is correct, haven't seen the pdf download link as yet! You need patience in this game 
I've had the MA-7 Consolette for many years but never saw the Cue Speaker until recently on Aleado Yahoo Auctions and remarkably managed to win the auction. The shipping [to Australia] was 3x the purchase price...ouch.
I've added some pics, 8 from the auction site [speakers were replaced with Boston Acoustic drivers] the others the actual unit as it arrived. Enjoy.

How large are those drivers? Looks to me like they'd have to be about 2"-2.5" (approx 6-8 cm). I can't see them fitting in the height of the enclosure if any larger than that.

Enclosure is 100mm high, driver virtually edge to edge between top & bottom panels.
Ok, is the speaker enclosure the same height as the MA-7 itself, or is it taller? Looks like it would be the same, base on the rack handles. The drivers are a bit larger than I expected. Did you get the original drivers with it, and just decided to replace them because they sounded poor, or were they damaged (bad surrounds or some such issue)?

The previous owner swapped the damaged driver [see pics, punctured edge roll] but sent the old ones with the unit when shipped. I haven't checked but was told the Boston drivers were an 'equivalent'. I'm yet to power it up and I have no reference.
This is a small 3 watt monitor system, not really a huge issue....is there sound there, is it distorted or somehow compromised?, should I check the source before recording?. When used with the companion series mixer, reverb, graphic equalizer it's a first in quality check before committing to tape [it's the late 70's remember].
This is exactly my use profile and I have those components now and am building up the rack cabinets, mounts and interconnects.......it's been a long time project!
Apart from the screen printed front panel this would be reasonably easy to replicate, just need the handles.

Wow.. such a simple design with a chip board main structure, apart from the face plate this does not really look like "Sansui Quality". (On the other hand, as a speaker system the chip board makes sense.). Such a rare and desired item, such a simple product..

Hi John, your right but it’s the front panel, the handles, rack mount, it’s monitor consolette and it’s likely rack mates that give it that high rating I reckon. It’s almost unheard of for domestic HiFi and not many around.
I’d love to see sales figures and where they have a presence. I’ve seen s few sold in Japan, just missed a vastly overpriced set a few months back, mysteriously disappeared then showed up sold for like half the listed price.
Sansui were innovative and clever back then.

I have an extra front panel from a RA-900 reverb I could possibly adapt reasonably well to make the front panel from, and the rest would be pretty straightforward. But, lacking a real need for these (even though I do have a MA-7, just not the cue speakers) I'm not all that enthused about spending the time and effort to replicate a set. If I had nothing else to do, I might, but always have a full plate so tend to be particular in choosing my projects.
I'd have to get to the point of boredom (as if that could happen) before I could put this atop the list of things I need to do.

Point taken....interesting, I have 2 RA-900s as the first turned up with a deep scratch on the front window, picked up a 2nd and will swap the window. You should be able to show/tell me what holds that window in place, is it glued in or retained by some mechanism?

The plastic window on the RA-900 is glued to the rear of the aluminum portion of the panel. Can be difficult to remove, I'd suggest a thin flat tool like a putty knife to.try and get it started at one end or corners then gently work around until you've released the adhesive all the way around. The rectangular pushbutton guides are similarly glued to the rear of the panel so that the plastic push buttons are sliding against a plastic sleeve and not against metal.
