MA230 Questions

I have one of these with a bad output transformer... it appears that replacements were available (90's/00's) but are not now... what are my best options?

Has anyone every converted one of these to use a non-CFB output transformer?

Should I just sell it for parts/part it out?

From the research I've done this issue appears to affect a lot of MA230, why?

Any hints, tips, tricks or leads on a output you guys might have would be super helpful. Thanks

Hello CANT

Don't try anything and answer to my questions
1) have you tried to take all the speakers terminal screws before to suspect your output transformer ?
2) make some measurement between left and right channel to see if you have any difference
3) once you have made measurement ,come back to us

Unfortunately dead = one half of the primary measuring open

It's been a while since I measured it but I want to say the other side measured something like 5H?

And I did contact Audio Classics to see if they had even a rough condition pull from a parts unit... no luck though.
