Magnaplanar SMGA panels - $150 (Chili N.Y.)

Not a bad price, but pics would be nice, and age is definitely a factor, as maggies are subject to delamination of the wires from the mylar panel with age, and the SMGa's have had a long production run. Aesthetics are an issue as well, as these were made with both black and beige socks, with and without wood side rails... something to consider if you are planning on keeping them.

If you are looking to just flip them, don't plan on making much money, especially if you have to reglue with wires... it is a cheap fix, but time consuming.

If they are fully functional they are a good deal. If they aren't it isn't.

If your up for learning the dark science of Maggie repair try to get a pair in need of repair for $75 and then let me know and I'll talk you through it.

You will usually hear buzzing or feel the banana peal end of the wires if these have issues. Sometimes a very bright flashlight will help you see through the back well enough to find any issues.

Good luck

Eric
