Really need to move this to the othe forum. :)

I have the arm removed, and the unit came with a stylus/cartridge...however, I think the part that holds the cartridge/stylus in the arm is missing.

Lisa or anyone else, can you post pictures of your arm? I don't want you to pull it out (looks like it could be a pain to put back in), but if I could see what it looks like intact, I may be able to identify which parts are missing.

In the meantime, I can take pictures of my arm and post them.
