Magnavox/Collaro Changer problem

I could write a long description of what's wrong, but a video is worth a thousand words.

The Youtube link is a video of me trying to get my Magnavox Imperial Micromatic to play after changing the record. Please take a look. I couldn't find a good answer in my searches. Hope someone here can help. Thanks!

I found the following text useful:
There are 3 Adjustments that can be carried out, a fourth being the tracking weight on some arms they are depicted in the picture as H, J and K

H is the pick up set down position.

J is the pick up height

K is described as the "Pickup depth" and is set so that in play, the stylus should just touch the turntable mat.

Mine doesn't have a J, but it has a K and H. Adjusting those (trial and error) fixed it.
