Magnavox/heppner horns

I have a Magnavox from 1967, 2 horns are wide open, and I was wondering if the drivers can be replaced ... looking on YT there are videos that claim they have repaired these horns , but they give no details or part numbers of what they used ...
anyone here ever dealt with them?
