Found this Youtube with instructions on how to make your own SPAM. The person on the Youtube claims that SPAM is not the same as it once was. This is flat wrong I have compared SPAM found in WW2 C Rations, at the time these cans of SPAM were 65 years old. An A/B taste comparison between the WW2, and present SPAM there was no difference.

This is really doing something just because you can. If was grinding up all of that nice pork it's just a seasoning set to go for Italian Sausage, or Dry Salami, German sausage etc.
