Man on the moon

Imteresting reading for sure:

"Fortunately the Soviets didn't think of the gag first. They could have filmed their own fake Moon landings and really embarrassed the free world."

Dust on the feet explanation:

Pictures show the feet of the lander have no dust on them. Why is this?

Well think for a moment; how could the dust be above the lander feet to settle on it? Any blast from the lander's rocket would throw the dust down and to the side, very little would land on the feet. There is no air disturbance for the dust to billow around in. Throw the dust to the side and it will go that way, it won't come back to land on the feet.

Originally posted by Don McR The worldwide community of scientists has no issue in accepting the fact that man landed on the moon in the 60's and 70's. This includes scientists in countries whose interests would be served by proving the US moon landings were a hoax. For example. the USSR would have scored one of the greatest propaganda coups ever if they could have proven the moon landings were faked. They could not. [/B]

Exactly, the Russians would of had a field day if we faked the moon landing and they could proved that we faked it!!!
Besides just the sheer number of people that would of been involved in any sort of fake moon landing and cover-up would of been in the thousands and not one person who worked for NASA has even hinted that this occurred!!!

Exactly. They went to the Moon, what, 5 or 6 times? Over a period of 3 years? That's a long time for everybody involved to keep quiet about it if it really was a hoax. -Sandy G.

That's another excellent point you guys make that I didn't even think of

All I know is the lighting is whacked...

Yup. No question there. But what did you expect in a totally unique evironment with no atmosphere and a highly reflective surface?

You cannot expect lighting phenomenon that you are familiar with to hold true under these conditions. Much of what we expect in lighting and photography is related to the scattering of light caused by our atmosphere. This does not happen on the moon.

If 2 people know something it is no longer a secret, and like I pointed out earlier, besides the lights on booms that were attached to the lander you have 2 other possible sources of light, and if you want to include the surface of the moon, then double it. This was no Wag The Dog and pony show.

Mankind has always used imagination to try to explain things we don't understand. 300 years ago a 747 would be absolute Magick to those folks- so would one of our Yamahas or Sansuis or even my beloved old boatanchor, the R-390A. Now, we ostensibly don't believe in magic, spooks, goblins or any of that stuff, but we-collectively- still have a need at some level to believe in something that's just a little beyond our reach. Hence, UFOs, JFK assasination, Bigfoot, Man not landing on the moon, whatever. It's all pretty much harmless fun, as long as you don't take it TOO seriously. -Sandy G.

What? UFO's don't exist, sure they do. They'll be taking over the earth someday. Have you seen the movie 'War of the Worlds'? And Bigfoot is a Pilot to one of these craft, just stepping out for a leak.
:)
Seriously though there's more to UFO's than anyone cares to imagine. They are actually fallen angels, mentioned in your bible. And we haven't heard the last from them.:alien:

They aren't in your bible? I thought the angels came to earth and like the girls so much they begat a race of evil giants who were so bad that God had Noah build a boat, load it with animals so that he could kill every other air breathing creature on the face of the planet. Course Noah is also given credit for being the first to make wine, so maybe he was a great story teller. But I think we have heard the last from him.

I'm with Wild West...

I've read a lot of pro and con material on this subject - the moon landing - but paranormal.com ( maybe ) has the clincher. On that site is a section of downloadable videos. One of them is a grainy black-and-white clip of the "step". This guy in a spacesuit is going down the ladder, jumps off the last step to the ground, and launches into his "One small step..." speech. Then a light boom falls down in the background, dangling from one end, and a light on it flares and winks out. Someone yells, "CUT!" The guy in the spacesuit makes a disgusted gesture and says, "I guess you'll want us to do this again..." While all that is going on, assistants are running in from all directions and they are NOT in spacesuits!

The video is well worth the search on paranormal.com , as it's just about the funniest damn thing I've ever seen! I laughed my ass off!!!

Explain THAT one naysayers!

OMG you know, the lighting on the moon is different than anywhere else in the universe. I mean, it has a mind of its own! As I shot this pic out my front door tonight, it jumped up and down right before my eyes on the nearby mountain. HOLY MOON SPOOF BATMAN! :yikes:
