Can someone in the know tell me whats going on with this guy? (Paul Hovenga) He has had my receiver for over two years now with little or no communication. He wont even answer my emails when asking for an update. So much for customer service. Now I am wondering if I will ever get it back done or not? Anybody?

Maybe an AKer lives nearby his business in Tulsa, OK and can check up on him. Hopefully he's well...one never knows these days.
 
It has been over a year since my friend Bill in Broken Arrow had Paul finish fixing one of his pieces. Paul told him he was slowing down the intake of gear. This probably means there is a long list of gear to fix and not enough time. Hopefully, you’ll get some answers about your unit soon.
 
I have tried everything-you would think with all the wonderful things said about him, would also include communication. Over two years is unacceptable to me. Had I known this I would have never sent it to him.
 
He posted on FB on Oct 29th a record show in November on the 15th

Communicate with him through Facebook. It's worth a try. If you lived near OK, you could greet him at P&J Record Exchange on Nov.15th... ;)
