Before couple of days i found one on local flea market for very low amount of money. He is in bad shape, very dirty and missing parts: I cleaned him, i found two knobs missing on ebay, but the main problem is that he misses one chanell mosfets? somebody pull them out. Now they are SJ2517 and SJ2518? Where can i find them , are there any replacements?

Thanks

I think the 1150 is a bit early to have MOSFETS, SJ2517 and 18 are just regular old bipolar transistors. Replacements are going to be fairly limited, ON Semi MJ21194 will be fine for the SJ2517 and MJ21193 for the SJ2518. The million dollar question is WHY were they removed?????

It looks like they are calling the SJ2517-18 parts the same as MJ802/4502 which are standard Motorola/ OnSemi numbers. IF, big IF, that's the case I would just order some MJ802/4502s from Mouser as they are only a couple of $ not $10. Try searching those xsistor numbers here on the Marantz forum to see what others have successfully used.
