Marantz 1200 restoration help needed

I just picked up a Marantz 1200 integrated amp. I plan on doing a full restoration.

1st Deoxited all pots and switches.
2nd powered up on DBT passed but relay takes a long time to click in.
3rd check DC offset OK.

Played music for several hours at ¼ volume, the amp heat sinks are cool and it sounds clean.

With full line voltage the relay takes 20-25 seconds to click-in. The relay/protect board has been worked on before. The relay has not been replaced. C701, C702 and C705 have been replaced with radial caps. C705 is running HOT. I will replace the relay with Omron MY2-02DC24 with pin swap. The cap values I can find in the schematic and BOM but the transistor and diode values are not called out?

Does anyone have a rebuild BOM or parts list?

Thanks,

Brian

The Diode and Transistor part numbers are shown in the schematic, in the Service Manual

You can use MPSA42's in place of the MPS439's

You can use a MJE182G in place of the SS47 - The Pin Out is different on the MJE182 - so you have to cross the center pin - use some heat shrink tubing to insulate it.

BTW - you should use Radial Capacitors in place or Axial Capacitors. Workmanship counts for a lot - Chris

Chis know his stuff.
I like to use Vishay 138 AML 105º axial capacitors.

I have seen 6.3V capacitors used for 63V capacitors (with predicable results) on the relay board.
The power amp boards in the 1200 are similar to some incarnations of the 250 amp boards.
