Marantz 170DC P700 Amp board PCB replica

It's time for another Marantz PCB replica. I'll use the free KiCad EDA - PCB Design Software and Inkscsape vector editor - also free. Starting with importing and aligning some pictures in vector editor:

The pdf schematic I have for 170dc is very bad quality, traces are invisible. Not a big deal, but if somebody has a better one, please let me know. It will speed up the working process a bit.

Thanks for checking Tom. Holes and bottom mask layers aligned. Started drawing the copper traces.

It appears that they use the same main amp PCB's in Marantz 300DC too... As far as I can tell from the bad quality pdf's I have...

Yes, the PCB's are the same in 170dc and 300dc models. After the error checking, I couldn't find any discrepancies, except that the C715 and C716 are bridged in both 170 and 300dc and of course they are not present in the schematics too. But maybe they use the same board in other models, who knows... Also the C726 is soldered in 300dc only... So, here is the final version:

Files sent to the PCB manufacturer. Waiting for the final product... Now what? :dunno: :D Suggest an interesting board for copying?

According to the pdf's I have, there is no power supply P800 board in 170dc model. That's why they don't use the 2 last pins on J702 (P700) if it is 170dc model and R730,R731 should not be soldered-in if the P700 PCB is used for 300dc...

My apologies,I was thinking power supply board because of protection relay.
It's actually the PN00 board that's in common to both 170DC and 300DC.

Here's a pic of my 170DC PN00 which my 300DC needs.

No problem Bob, I wouldn't be surprised if that was just an usual Marantz SM discrepancy. This one I should hold in my hands to make a correct copy. The pdf file quality is hopeless and there are lot's of critical holes that need to be measured exactly...
