When I turn on the receiver cold the bias reading goes up to 105 to 115mv on each side. It then slowly decreases to around the 80mv spec that it was set at, but only after an hour or so. Is this normal? Thanks!

Don't try to adjust bias when your unit is working well

Many guys think that making "recap" is a good idea and after they touch the DC OFFSET and bias like if the original sound will coming back ....
