as for powered on testing some valid testing can be done by reading voltages . i tend to check b to e and look for 600mv ish there . i have found transistors that were installed wrongly that way in a unit others had tried fixing after someone tried "fixing" it in the first place .

Thanks. I have checked at least 6-7 times to make sure everything is installed correctly. I’ll check again after replacing the output transistors with bonafide replacements from mouser. The eBay ones have bitten me in the ass for the last time.

Thanks to all who helped me with this amp. Put in some legit outputs and it’s singing. Adjusted offset and it sounds great. Thanks again
