Hi All, I am in the middle of this rebuild and getting ready to replace the transistors i notice that there are no screws holding the transistors when i replace the mica's strips does the heatsink compound hold the transistors in place???

There SHOULD be a metal bar that clamps the output transistors to the heat sink. The picture is of a 2215B, the 2216B is similar.
