I would like to find a OWNER'S manual for the 2220. I find them for the "B" and plenty of service manuals, but no owner's manual. If anyone could point me in the right direction, I will be most grateful.

Second, I need a power on button for it as well.

If you mean just the button cap, look on eBay. If it's the whole switch, look for seller 'peaceloveandmusic' or 'affinity for artifacts' on eBay who is a trusted seller and AK member. I'm pretty sure I misspelled those names!
