marantz 2220B with an additional strange board!

Hello All, I recently recapped my beloved 2220B and let me tell you what a learning experience it was. Finally, after adjusting power supply, bias and DC offset voltages it sounds just as good as before it was recapped IMO. But ofcourse, it is a reliable unit for many years to come.
In the process of recapping it, I came across a strange board that I did not find it in either the service manual or the photos posted by other members. So I thought that I post it here to see if anyone knows what is the functions of this board before I remove it and through it out I wanted to also recap it but it has two trims on the board and I do not want to touch it since it is working good again. Please let me know if you know what is the function of this board. Is it balancing the signal between left and right challenls?

That's a PC01 Dolby board, the early 2220Bs didn't have them but the later ones did. There's a thread here about it. Would you mind listing the values on the little blue blob caps and the transistors?

That would explain why I couldn’t find any information about the board, so I have a very special marantz receiver

All 4 caps are the same as the one in the photo. I would have to get back to you with regards to the transistor numbers.
