Does anyone have production numbers for the 2230b receiver? Production numbers are mixed in with 2230 cap coupled receivers at 180,000 units or so. The 2225 came out right after production of the 2230 cap coupled ended around 1975. It ran for 2 years with only 8,000 produced. Then the 2230b replaced it and was very similar in spec to the 2225. The 2225 actually produced 30 or 32 wpc and that's why it was replaced with the 2230b. The 2225 was not cap coupled. Just wondering because I have a 2225. Marvelous low power receiver that hangs with anything with moderately sensitive speakers.
