Hello everybody
Can someone tell me why my Marantz 2226 is cracking after i turn the volume at about 50%? I must say that is cracking especially when i turn up the base also . If i listen at low volume the sound is clear without that cracking sound.I assume that since he's made in 1977-1978 probably the cap;s are dry? or should they be changed? if so can someone advice me which capacitor;s are the most important? I use the right impedance 8ohm speakers.
