Marantz 2230 Transistors H755 H756 on Output PCB P750

I have a new to me 2230 that I am going through. I am taking a break from trying to fix my MPX board.

I notice on the right side P750 board that H755-H756 have been replaced. The replacements are plastic packaged parts which seem to wedge into the heatsinks, sorta. The plastic spacers under the transistors are missing. Has anyone seen this before? The channel seems to work fine...

If I were to replace these with proper metal can transistors what are good replacements? H756 does not seem to be listed in the SM but I believe they are 2SA606 and 2SC959. I have ordered a set from China.

I need to find suitable spacers....
