Marantz 2252B Stereo issues

I have a Marantz 2252B that was completely refurbished by the previous owner about 3 years ago, everything cleaned and recapped and LED lights installed. Sometime in the last week, the Stereo light stopped illuminating.

I troubleshot the FM antenna, and that wasn't the issue. The stereo light is not illuminated in phono or aux mode as it usually is, and I'm somewhat certain there's a sound difference, but of course I can't be entirely certain of that.

What is the best way to troubleshoot this issue? I'm not familiar with the Stereo function and what parts inside could impact it. Given it's now LED, I'm certain it's not just a bulb.

Follow up question. I found this in another thread:

"You can tell if the light burned out by putting it in Phono or aux mode. It should light in both."

Does this mean that if the stereo indicator is not illuminated in phono or aux, that it's simply an LED bulb that is out? That would be great news.

If you can't get the Stereo beacon to light up in any mode, I would say yes, that's a bulb.
