Read the spec sheets-----1727-4754-1-ND is closer to your 7.1v , 2% tolerance , 6.9v - 7.2v
 
Your selection is pretty close as well 1727-6164-1-ND at 7.0 v - 7.2 v .. Either will do just fine.
