Marantz 2275 Power relay tripping problem

Hello, so I am working on a marantz 2275 that I had acquired recently. First the unit would not produce sound at all (the relay would not trip) and as I read forums it pointed toward components (including the relay) being bad. So I have recapped the power board and sound came back in both channels but the right channel was very quiet and very distored compared to the left sounding fine. Because of that issue I recapped the right channel amp (which did not fix the sound problem) but now I am trying to bias the unit but when trying to set the right amp to 10mv the relay will trip off and won't let me go past 3-4mv. When I try to go past 3-4mv the relay trips off. I am stumped at this point and I am needing suggestions to what the problem is causing the distortion/quietness in the right channel and why it won't let me set the right channel bias to anything higher than 3-4mv??

Check your output and driver transistors for the right channel.H003 and H004 outputs... H713 and H714 drivers...
