Marantz 2330b no sound help!

Hello, I have acquired a Marantz 2330b. The unit turns on, all lights work, the relay clicks, the fm meter works when scrolling through stations. But there is no sound for anything, AM, FM, PHONO, AUX, TAPE. I have cleaned all the pots and switches heavily with no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions to getting the sound to work?

Are the speakers connected to the proper terminals main or remote? Is the speaker switch on the same? What about the tape switch, on or off? Some things to look at.

audiocrzy is right. When everything looks like it should be making sound and it isn't, the two prime suspects are the speaker switches and the Tape Monitor switches.

^as above. You could also try headphones, also try connecting spkrs to set B.
Long shot would be to give the protection relay a gentle tap with something non-conductive and check for any audio, maybe
badly oxidised contacts. Since both channels affected it's a long shot...
