Marantz 3800 Dolby Play Potentiometers

Hey, so I am working on a 3800 where everything works, except the for one of the Dolby playback potentiometers, upon further inspection it appears that the carbon track inside of the potentiometer is completely broken and flaking off.

Does anyone have any ideas if there is a modern replacement that will fit into the unit? Kind of bummed out to have to part out such a clean unit.

Thanks for that, wound up getting one off of bartertown thanks to one of the mods just happening to have a 3800, we are now back and running!
